Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, scripts, and SDKs. They help websites remember information, provide secure sign-in, measure usage, and support integrations.

We use cookies and similar technologies for these purposes:

• to provide essential website and app functionality;
• to keep you signed in and protect your session;
• to remember workspace, consent, and interface preferences;
• to process billing and checkout through Stripe;
• to support Google sign-in and account security;
• to measure website and product usage with Google Analytics after consent;
• to provide website chat support through Crisp after consent;
• to understand public search visibility through Google Search Console;
• to operate integrations and infrastructure such as Supabase, Cloudflare R2, Resend, Telegram, Shopify, and AI features where enabled.

Necessary cookies and storage are required for core Pallet functionality, including security, authentication, session handling, consent storage, routing, workspace access, checkout reliability, and fraud prevention. These do not require optional consent because the service cannot operate correctly without them.

Preference cookies and storage may remember choices such as consent settings, language, region, selected workspace, interface preferences, or website chat state. Pallet loads Crisp chat only after preference consent is given.

Statistics cookies help us understand how people use the public website and the app. Pallet uses Google Analytics for page views and usage patterns. Google Analytics is loaded only after statistics consent is given through Cookiebot.

Marketing cookies are not currently a core part of Pallet's own implementation. If we add advertising, retargeting, campaign measurement, or similar marketing tools later, they should be controlled through the consent banner.

Pallet uses Cookiebot by Usercentrics to show a GDPR-style consent banner to visitors in the EU and EEA, store consent choices, and help block non-essential scripts until consent is given. The banner provides choices such as reject all, allow selection, and allow all.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by reopening the cookie preferences.

Google Analytics helps us measure traffic, page views, referrers, device information, approximate region, and usage patterns. We use this to improve Pallet and understand which pages and features are useful. Google Analytics should not run unless you accept statistics cookies.

Google Search Console helps us understand how palletstore.xyz appears in Google Search. It provides search and indexing information for the public website and does not give Google access to your private inventory records.

Supabase and Google sign-in may use cookies or browser storage to authenticate you, protect sessions, and keep your account secure. Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies for checkout, customer portal access, invoices, fraud prevention, and payment security. These technologies are necessary for account and billing flows.

Some cookies or similar technologies may be set by service providers that help us operate Pallet, including Supabase, Google, Stripe, Cookiebot/Usercentrics, Crisp, Cloudflare, Resend, Telegram, Shopify, hosting providers, and connected AI providers where those features are enabled. Their processing is also described in our Privacy Policy.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies or browser storage, Pallet may not be able to sign you in, remember your consent, process checkout, or provide core app features.

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add, remove, or change cookies, analytics, integrations, infrastructure providers, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the date above.
