Can I try Pallet before paying?
Yes. The Free plan is genuinely free — no credit card, no time limit. Paid plans also start with a free trial, so you can see if Pallet fits how you work before you're charged.
How does Pallet AI work?
Pallet uses a server-side AI API key and includes monthly AI credits on Pro and Business. Customers do not need to connect their own ChatGPT account.
How does the Telegram bot work?
Telegram is available on every plan for alerts and chat setup. AI answers and stock commands use the monthly Pallet AI budget on plans that include AI.
What happens if I hit my item limit?
Nothing breaks. You keep full access to everything you've already added; you just can't add past the limit until you remove items or upgrade. We'll show a gentle heads-up as you get close.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Anytime, from your billing settings in Stripe. Upgrades take effect immediately; if you downgrade or cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for.
