Vinted tells you what is listed on Vinted. It does not have to be the system that tells you where a physical item is stored, what you paid for it, or whether it is also waiting to be listed elsewhere. Pallet provides a separate inventory record for the stock behind your listings.

A reseller’s real inventory includes the bag waiting to be sorted, the rail waiting to be photographed, active listings, and sold pieces waiting to ship. Recording an item at intake makes unlisted stock visible before it disappears into a backlog. A quick identification photo is enough; polished listing photos can come later.

Find the exact piece after it sells
Titles that work on a marketplace are not always good storage instructions. Keep the selling description in the listing and a physical location such as Rail B · Denim · Position 12 in Pallet. A QR label can connect the bag or tag to the exact record when similar pieces are easy to confuse.
Independent from Vinted
Pallet is an independent inventory tool and is not affiliated with Vinted. It does not currently import listings, publish products, or automatically delist a sold item across marketplaces. That separation is useful when you want one stable inventory record while selling through more than one channel, but marketplace updates still need to be handled in those marketplaces.

Does Pallet connect directly to Vinted?
No. Pallet currently tracks inventory independently and does not import or synchronize Vinted listings.
Can I track stock before I list it?
Yes. Intake and unlisted items can have the same photos, costs, folders, locations, and QR labels as listed stock.
Can I record what I paid and sold for?
Yes. Item costs and sale values can be recorded, while formal accounting remains outside Pallet.
